COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR LUXE DIGITAL PRODUCTS
This Commercial License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Luxe Digital Products ("Licensor") and the individual (solely identified by name) who completed a purchase via the Luxe Digital Products website ("Licensee"). The effective date of this Agreement coincides with the date of product purchase.
License Grant: The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive right to utilize, duplicate, and redistribute the digital products obtained from the Licensor, adhering to this Agreement's stipulations. Not to seek trademarks or copyrights on the Products.
Ownership and Copyright: All proprietary rights, including intellectual property rights related to the Products, remain with the Licensor. This Agreement does not convey any ownership or copyright rights to the Licensee.
Termination: This Agreement is subject to termination by either party upon written notification if there is a breach of essential terms. Following termination, the Licensee must halt all usage and sales of the Products.
Warranty and Liability: The Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether explicit or implied, regarding the Products and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Products.
Applicable Law: The Agreement is regulated by the laws of the state or jurisdiction where the Licensor is based.
Complete Agreement: This document embodies the full agreement between the involved parties, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
Acceptance: Utilizing the Products signifies the Licensee's acceptance and agreement to abide by this Agreement's terms.
